2 days desert tour from Fes to Marrakech – Itinerary:

Day 1: Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Gorges Ziz - Erfoud - Rissani - Merzouga.

At 7:00 a.m., your driver will take you up from your Riad or hotel. The seven-hour drive will take you past the Middle Atlas Mountains, Ifrane’s cedar woods, Azrou, Midelt, and the Ziz Gorges, before reaching the Sahara and Erg Chebbi dunes. After relaxing in Merzouga, you’ll head to the camels waiting to take us on an excursion in the dunes. You will also go to a high dune to see the sunset and spend the night in nomadic tents before spending the night in a camp with drum music in the Sahara desert.

Day 2: Merzouga desert – Marrakech

You’ll need to wake up early this morning to view the spectacular sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes. After breakfast and a shower, we will travel back to Marrakech with breaks. You will also see the largest palm tree in Morocco, located in the Draa Valley. Include more panoramic landscapes of the Anti-Atlas Mountains. Later, we’ll stop for lunch in Ouarzazate before continuing to Marrakech and dropping you off at your hotel or riad.
